Position 1: Software Tester

Department: Development

Requirement: Only Male candidates

Overall Responsibility:

  • Understanding the requirement specification for the product and deriving Test Cases
  • Deriving and preparing test data
  • Executing Test Cases and create Defect report
  • Involved in Manual Testing of applications
  • Defect Reporting

 

Consults with: Project Manager

Qualification: BE CS/IT. (Fresher Strictly)

 Skills Required: Strong Logical Skills

 Terms of employment:

  • 1-month training without pay
  • 2 Year Bond Period (Submission of 10th &    12th Original Mark sheets to Company for Bond Period)

 

Salary: 8000/- In hand (No Provident fund, No ESIC deduction)(Increment depends upon performance after 6 month)

 

 

Position 2: Technical Support Engineer

 

Reports to: Support Manager

Requirement: Only female candidates

Overall Responsibility: Giving our customers, technical support by telephonic, internet or FTP solutions to resolve their problems regarding software usage.

Key Responsibility:

  • To receive complaints of customer.
  • To give customer technical solution.
  • To give quick support to customer.
  • To keep follow-ups of customers.
  • To give newly added mobile no. to sales department.
  • To sell value added services (SMS, up gradation of software, AMC renewal etc) to customer
  • To upgrade customer software from lower version to higher version.
  • To intimate the customer regarding pending AMC.
  • To forward core problem of software to development team.
  • To collect references from customer.
  • To maintain daily work record in support register file

 Consults with: Support head

 Qualification: BE, MCA, MSC (Computer), MCM, MCS (Freshers Strictly)

 Terms of employment:

  • 1 month training without pay
  • 2 Year Bond Period (Submission of 10th &    12th Original Mark sheets to Company for Bond Period)

 

Salary First 12 Month – 8K & remaining  12 months 10k

Fixed Salary + Incentives + Expenses, Incentives according to Target achievement.

(Increment after 6 month depends on performance)
