We are a Growing Software & IT Services Group in Pune and our group is in business for the last 11 years.
Our offices are located on Pune Satara Road, Dhankawadi, Pune & Associate office in Atlanta US.
We are looking for FRESHERS who have completed Testing courses from professional institutes.
If selected, candidates will be working on LIVE Client projects from our customers in India, USA, UK as well as Product Development in DOT NET and Android platforms as per their skills.
Along with Software Development Assignments, they will ALSO be trained on
1. Advanced Software Development Standards
2. Advanced Coding Processes
3. Real Life Live SDLC, Workflow, and Database Designs etc.
4. Design Documentation, Code Documentation, Pre/ Post Implementation
5. Unit Testing
6. Project Staging
7. Project Deployment
8. Technology Support etc.
Here are the WORKING TERMS:
· Training Period: 3 months
· Training Cost: 100% FREE
· Travelling Allowance : YES.Will be provided during training period
· FOOD: Will be provided during TRAINING Period FREE of charge- One time
· Starting Salary: In hand Rs.6000=00 per month after 3 months of training
· Project Bonus for each project you work on successfully within time scales
· Service Commitment Period : 18 months.
· Security Cheque : Rs.50,000=00 will have to be kept with the company. Cheque will be returned “AS IT IS ” after
completion of TERM.
· NO MONEY IS TAKEN AS A SECURITY BUT ONLY CHEQUE IS KEPT TILL COMPLETION OF THE TERM.
If you have any queries regarding the security cheque, they will be clarified during the interview.
PLEASE NOTE: We are NOT a Training Institute and this training will NOT be academic but will be LIVE / ON THE JOB.
