We aim to pick out 35 bright fresher’s from BE/ B.Tech (CSC/EC/EEE/IT/IS/EI) Mtech. MCA, Msc Computer Systems stream. We will be using cutting edge technology to conduct assessments.
The selected candidates will be offered package up to 3.0 to 3.50 Lac CTC.

First 3 months intensive SkillAssure Competency Development Program (Training period). During the same candidates will be paid INR 7,500 to meet their minimum expenditure at Bangalore. Post the training period the candidates will hit their packages of 3 to 3.5 lacs based on their performance during the training period.
Assessment Process :
- Round 1 : Code Analysis (Code analysis 60% and Above)
- Round 2 : Will be Coding round (The candidates can select any Programming language of their choice to write Code)
- Round 3 Communications Skills and HR Round.
