Job Title: Software Developer
Department: Enterprise Architecture-Data Lake
Key Applicant Requirements (Skills/Knowledge/Experience/Qualifications):
- Required Skillset: B.E. (Comp/IT), B. Tech (Comp) with throughout First Class with no experience or with experience less than one year.
- Preferred Skillset: Knowledge of any programming language preferably JAVA, Linux Operating System and knowledge of SDLC (Agile Waterfall etc.)
- Candidate is not expected to have previous Big Data experience, but expected to be logically and technically strong.
- A good understanding of distributed systems and open source technologies will be added advantage.
Key position details (Responsibilities)
- Data Lake Operations team will be responsible for supporting the day to day Data Lake production setup operations. This team will be comprised of members with various skillsets.
- Shift On Call support are part of the job criteria.
- Members can be involved in Big Data Development tasks as and when needed, but primary function will be to handle day to day operations.
- Candidate is desirable to have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to debug the issues in time is of prime importance for the job.
Salary: As per company norms.
